Job description:

Our client, a leader in the fuel dispensing industry, currently has a job open for a Machine Setup Technician in a HEATED/AIR-CONDITIONED environment (training on 1st Shift)

Job Duties:

· Set up and operate CNC Equipment.

· Set up and operate Mazatrol.

· Set up and operate manual machines.

· Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging.

· Check parts to part prints using computer-generated test criteria.

· Troubleshooting all machines when needed.

What you need to succeed:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Must pass the machinability test.

· Prior experience in the operation and setup of CNC machines.

· Experience on both turning and horizontal machining a plus.

· Knowledge of tooling and able to assist in tool-related problem-solving.

· Knowledge of gauges and CMM operation.

· Ability to follow directions, including detailed procedures or work instructions

Essential Requirements:

· Must work well with others and possess excellent communication skills.

· Must have an excellent attendance record.

Pay range based on experience: $36.00-$39.00 per hour
