Assistant Administrator

Position Description and Essential Functions:

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Senior Manager for traffic control. This person will conduct reporting on several crew's hours, daily field reports, and will track progress on all measurable data. Our teams will adhere to all Safety and Quality policies, the company’s Core Values, client standards, and procedures.

Job Summary:
Perform inventory tracking, ordering, and supply management of safety equipment, tracking and reviewing employee hours in Excel spreadsheets, working on daily field reports, working closely with Leadership on creating excel spreadsheets to track incidents, and data as it relates to information for field teams and employees. Will work closely with sewer camera teams to gather critical data, for decision making purposes. Communicate with field teams regarding daily field reports, acquiring missing data on job hazards and will adhere to all Safety and Quality
policies, the company’s Core Values, and the client’s standards and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to observe video recordings and identify abnormalities.

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in Excel.

· Ability to read and comprehend industry-related standards, procedures, specifications, requirements, manufacturers’ instructions, etc.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Experience with Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and review

· Inventory Tracking

· Assist with New employee onboarding forms

Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing.

· Prolonged periods of sitting.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/Equivalent
