We are hiring a Regional Staffing Manager to manage our regional growth (This is a remote role.)

We are seeking experienced recruiters who bring strong client relationships and a proven track record of building and expanding accounts. This role requires confidence operating across both business development and recruiting delivery.

This is a strategic growth position, not a traditional production seat. You will play a direct role in expanding Vector’s presence across key sectors including:

• Automotive
• Manufacturing
• Construction, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Energy

This role leads full-desk recruiting efforts by developing new and existing client partnerships while delivering talent solutions nationwide, including direct hire, contract-to-hire, project-based staffing, and payroll services. Your work will directly influence Vector’s revenue growth, market expansion, and national footprint.
